Holiday Tips and Tricks

The holidays are meant to be a special time for family and fun. These days there is too much stress and focus on the perfect day. We have composed a list of Clever Tips and tricks because we believe it doesn’t have to be a stressful time.

Lighting

You don’t need an abundance of decorations to create a beautiful space. This step by step guide creates a wonderful ambience without the need for excessive decorations, saving you time for the more important things.

Step 1. Attach two wire plant hanging baskets together to make a sphere, you can use cable or kitchen ties if you don’t have any wire on hand. You can get the hanging baskets from any hardware store.

Step 2.  Wrap the sphere with your desired lights. Place a cable tie or wire every 30cm or so, just to make sure it is secure.  You can use battery operated lights also, just be sure if you are using them outdoors that they are outdoor safe, we don’t want any holiday accidents!

Step 3. Hang them up!! You can use the same chain and hook that came with the hanging baskets, attach the hooks where the end of the lights come out if you are using corded lights. This way you are able to run the cords along the chain for a more discrete effect.

And that’s it, you’re done!
